All interview candidates are asked to bring:
Proof of entitlement to work in the UK
Original documents to support a DBS application
Current DBS/CRB (if applicable)
Certificates (including training and qualifications)
They will be authenticated, copied, and returned. A copy will be kept on the personnel files of successful candidates. Documents from unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Candidates will be able to learn more about the role and Phoenix Social Care Ltd, and there will be a face-to- face interview with two people, including the appropriate manager.
All candidates will be notified of Phoenix Social Care Ltd.’s decision as soon as possible and will have the opportunity to receive constructive feedback.
